We're introducing a new, streamlined process for ordering QR codes for your assets! You no longer need to reach out to your CSM to place orders. You simply need to fill out our new order form.
There are two ways to access the order form.
From the Asset Module, Site Administrators will see a new link near the top of the screen as pictured below, click the link.
This will open a message that contains the link to the order form and this article seen below. Click on the link that says "Click here to open Form".

Once you click on the link, your browser will open a new page for the order form as seen below
Fill out all required fields in the order form to ensure there are no errors. You will not be able to submit the order form unless all required fields are filled out.
Once complete, select the "Submit" button. A copy of your responses will be sent to the email address you provided in the form.
Following the submittal of the form, your order will be processed within 7 business days. If you provided an email address for order tracking, you will receive confirmation when your order is shipped.
