1. To create a new RFP from an open Work Order, navigate to the Work Order Module and select the Work Order you wish to create a RFP for.
2. After selecting the Work Order you wish to create an RFP for, you will be brought to the Work Order details. Click on the Actions button and select the Add RFP option.
3. Once you have selected the Add RFP option, a new pop up will open. Here you can add a RFP Title, choose the Service Providers you want to get RFP's from, add the User Name requesting the RFP and add a RFP Description. You can also add any attachments. Once complete hit Next to review your RFP. If no changes need to be made, select the Submit button.*Note - You must fill out all required fields as indicated by the asterisk.
4. After you submit your RFP, you will be brought back to the Work Order Details screen. Here you can view the RFP you just created and the associated Proposals by clicking on the RFP link as seen below. You will also notice the WO status has been updated to RFP Submitted.
5. Clicking into the RFP link will open the details for that RFP. Here you can see the Proposals at the bottom with their associated Service providers and the statues of those proposals. Once the Service Providers begin to submit their Proposals, The RFP status will be updated to Pending Review. Users will be able to Award/Reject the Proposal. You can Award/Reject the Proposal from the RFP as seen below or from the Proposal itself via the Proposal Module.
6. Once a Proposal from the RFP has been Awarded, you will see a confirmation screen notifying you that other Proposals for this RFP will be put On Hold and the Awarded Proposal will follow the normal Approval Process. Once the Proposal is Approved, all other Proposals will automatically be Rejected.
