This update is designed to streamline the allocation of inventory parts by grouping items based on asset groups and providing an intuitive search functionality.

With this enhancement, users can now:

  • Easily Identify Parts: Inventory parts are now organized based on their associated asset groups, reducing the time spent searching for the correct items.

  • Improve Search Efficiency: The new intuitive search functionality allows users to quickly locate specific parts within the grouped categories.

How It Works

  • Log in to your Ecotrak account and navigate to the main dashboard.

  • Click the '+Create Service Request' button located at the top of the screen.

  • Navigate to the Work Orders module and then open your selected work order.

  • In the work order details page, click on "+ Allocate Inventory" to open the Allocate Inventory items window at the right side of the page.

  • When allocating parts, users will now see items sorted according to asset groups.

  • A search bar is available to refine results and quickly locate specific parts.

  • Users can easily select and allocate the appropriate parts with improved accuracy.

This enhancement brings efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use to the inventory allocation process.
