How It Works
Log in to your Ecotrak account and navigate to the main dashboard.
Click the '+Create Service Request' button located at the top of the screen.
Navigate to the Work Orders module and then open your selected work order.
In the work order details page, click on "+ Allocate Inventory" to open the Allocate Inventory items window at the right side of the page.
When allocating parts, users will now see items sorted according to asset groups.
A search bar is available to refine results and quickly locate specific parts.
Users can easily select and allocate the appropriate parts with improved accuracy.
This enhancement brings efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use to the inventory allocation process.
