How It Works
Log in to your Ecotrak account and navigate to the main dashboard.
Click the '+Create Service Request' button located at the top of the screen.
In the New Service Request window on the right side of the page, select the Location, optionally select the Area, choose the Asset, and then click "Yes, Proceed".
In Step 2, select the Problem Type and click "Yes, Proceed".
On the confirmation screen, the system will now display the associated Trade information.
Use this data to ensure proper trade alignment and effective communication with service providers.
