This update includes visibility indicators (chips) that provide key information about Service Provider attributes, helping Customer Users make more informed decisions when assigning service requests.
What is the SP Indicator?
The SP Indicator is a visual enhancement that displays key attributes about a Service Provider during the selection process. These indicators will appear as chips, providing immediate insights into:
Active Warranty: Identifies whether the Service Provider has an active warranty associated with the asset.
Designated for Asset: Indicates if the Service Provider is specifically designated for the selected asset.
Admin-Only Access: Highlights if the Service Provider is restricted to selection by admins only.

How It Works
Log in to your Ecotrak account and navigate to the main dashboard.
Click the '+Create Service Request' button located at the top of the screen.
In the New Service Request window on the right side of the page, select the Location, optionally select the Area, choose the Asset, and then click "Yes, Proceed".
In Step 2, select the Problem Type and click "Yes, Proceed".
On the confirmation screen, the system will now display the SP Indicator information.
If a Service Provider has restrictions (e.g., admin-only access), users will be guided accordingly.
This enhancement ensures a more seamless and informed Service Provider selection experience, ultimately leading to better-managed service requests and optimized asset maintenance.
