We are excited to announce that we have released a massive update to the Ecotrak Mobile Dashboard. More than just an update, the new Ecotrak Mobile Dashboard is full of quick links and key insights to enhance productivity and decision making while giving you some of your time back to focus on other things (and it looks quite beautiful too).

You will find the new dashboard is separated into three sections: Dashboard KPIs, Today's Work Orders, and Notifications

Dashboard KPIs:

  • The first thing customer users will notice on the new Ecotrak Mobile Dashboard are the Dashboard KPIs. This section will show users their current count on the following sections:

    • Emergency Work Orders, Work Orders Past ETAs, Unassigned Work Orders, (Work Orders) Pending SP Acceptance, Proposals Pending Approval, Invoices Pending Approval.

  • This new view gives customer users the ability to view these key performance indicators from one place. And with one click, customer users can dive deeper into these KPIs.

Today's Work Orders:

  • By scrolling beyond the KPIs, customer users will then come to the Today's Work Orders section. Just how the KPI section gives users a quick view into key insights, Today's Work Orders gives users the ability to see work orders created today.

  • This view will show users:

    • Today's date

    • The current total number of work orders created today (shown in the square next to the date)

    • The last 5 work orders created today.

  • If users wish to see all work orders created today, all they need to do is click the "See All" link at the top of the Today's Work Orders section, and they will be navigated to a full list of today's work orders.

Notifications:

  • The third and final section in the new dashboard is the Notifications section. Here, customer users will see the 4 most recent unread in-app notifications, keeping them up to date with the most recent changes, updates, comments, and more.

  • By clicking on the notifications, users will be able to review the updates in greater detail.
