Overview:
This support article will help guide you through how to navigate the dashboard on the Ecotrak mobile app.
*If you have not downloaded the Ecotrak mobile app yet, you can do so on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
Step One:
As you login to the Ecotrak mobile app, you will be navigated to the dashboard which will help you navigate seamlessly across the the different modules on the app. At first you will notice at the top of the dashboard you will see the blue "Create Service Request" button. This button will all you to create a service request directly from the Ecotrak mobile app dashboard.
Step Two:
On the right side of the create service request button is a QR codes button. When you click that it will allow you to scan the QR code on an asset.
Step Three:
Below the create service request button, you will notice in the center of the dashboard; Work Orders, Proposals, Invoices, Assets, and Locations have their own icons that you can select. When selecting one of these icons, it will navigate you to view a list view of either the Work Orders, Proposals, Invoices, Assets or Locations based on the icon you select.
Step Four:
At the top left corner of the dashboard you will notice a chat icon. If you click on this chat icon, it will allow you to chat directly to our Ecotrak support team.
