Overview:
This support article will help guide you through how to navigate the dashboard on the Ecotrak mobile app.
*If you have not downloaded the Ecotrak mobile app yet, you can do so on the Apple AppStore or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
1. As you login to the Ecotrak mobile app, you will be navigated to the dashboard which will help you navigate seamlessly across the the different modules on the app. At first you will notice at the top of the dashboard you will see the blue "Create Service Request" button. This button will all you to create a service request directly from the Ecotrak mobile app dashboard.
2. On the right side of the create service request button is a QR codes button. When you click that it will allow you to scan the QR code on an asset.
3. Below the create service request button, you will notice in the center of the dashboard; Emergency Work Orders, Work Orders past ETA, Unassigned Work Orders, Pending SP Acceptance, Proposals Pending Approval, and Invoices Pending Approval have their own icons that you can select. When selecting one of these icons, it will navigate you to view a list view of either the Work Orders, Proposals, and Invoices based on the icon you select.
4. At the top right corner of the dashboard you will see the Help Center icon. If you tap on this icon, it will direct you to the Ecotrak Help Center where you can:
Access self-service support (including AI assistance)
Create a support ticket
Chat with an Ecotrak support representative
Review your existing tickets
