Navigating Invoice Module (Ecotrak Mobile)

Overview:
This support article will help guide you through how to navigate the Invoice module on the Ecotrak mobile app.

*If you have not downloaded the new Ecotrak mobile app yet, you can do so on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.

Step One:

When you open the Ecotrak app, you will be navigated to the dashboard of the mobile app. On the dashboard you will see the different modules you can select from. To manage your Invoices you will select on the Invoice icon and this will take you to your Invoice Module.

Step Two:

After you have selected the Invoice icon on the dashboard, you will be navigated to the Invoice module. At the top of the Invoice module, you will see a search bar. This search bar can be used to search for any Invoice ID number in your account. Within the search bar, you will see on the right side there is a blue filter button. If you select this button within the search bar, it will take you to adjust the Priority level and status of the Invoices you wish to view. This feature will help you specifically search for Invoices in the status that you select. To save the filter selections you have made, click on the apply button at the bottom of the screen.

Step Three:

Beneath the search bar, you will see a location tab. If you select this tab, it will give you the ability to specify a location/locations that you would like to specifically view Invoices for. When you location services is turned on, you may also toggle the "Near Me" button to filter the locations that are currently near you. Once you have selected the locations you wish to see Invoices for, click on the blue "Select" button at the bottom of the page to save this filters.

Step Four:

Beneath the location filter tab, you will see that you have a few quick filter options to select from. Selecting this will quickly adjust the Invoices that are listed to the quick filter status that you select.

Step Five:

To select a Invoice to view, you will see a list view of all Invoices based on the filter settings that you have selected on this module(Note, if you did not make any filter adjustments then you will be seeing ALL Invoices for the locations that you are assigned to). Once you have found the Invoice that you are looking for, you can tap on the Invoice to view the details page of the Invoice. You can manage and update the Invoice from the Invoice details page.

Step Six:

On the Invoice details page, you will see that you can review the details of the Invoice as you scroll down the Invoice details page.

Step Seven:

At the top of the Invoice details page, you will see you can add an attachment by clicking on the attachments tab. Next, If you need to leave a comment on the Invoice, you can click on the comments tab at the top of the Invoice details page to add a comment. If you click on the activity tab at the top right area of the Invoice details page, you can view the history on this Invoice. Lastly, above the activity tab you can select the edit button to edit the invoice.
