Navigating the Ecotrak Techs Dashboard

Overview:
This support article will help guide you through how to navigate the dashboard on the Ecotrak Tech mobile app.

*If you have not downloaded the Ecotrak Techs mobile app yet, you can do so on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.

1. As you login to the Ecotrak Techs mobile app, you will be navigated to the dashboard which will help you navigate seamlessly across the the different modules on the app.

2. At the top of the dashboard you will see a box that says All Customers. Selecting this tab will allow you to select which customer you would like to view when you begin looking through the various modules. Once you have made your selection, press Select and the window will close, bringing you back to the dashboard.

3. At the bottom of the dashboard, you will see the Work Order, Proposal and Invoice module icons. To locate the Asset, Inventory and RFP modules click on the More option. Selecting any one of the module options will navigate you to a list view of your selection.

4. In the middle of the screen you will notice 4 tiles. Clicking any of these tiles will give you a list view of the selection. These tiles are designed to give you a quick view of work orders that need your attention.

5. To the right of the Customer filter box, is an asset icon. Selecting this icon will open your camera to scan assets on site.

6. The Map view option will allow you to view work orders assigned to you in your area.

You can search specific areas or move the map around to view those work orders as seen below.

7. At the top right corner of the dashboard you will notice a chat icon. If you click on this chat icon, it will allow you to chat directly to our Ecotrak support team. They are available 24/7 to answer any questions you have.
