Overview:
This support article will help guide you through how to navigate the Work Order module on the Ecotrak mobile app.

*If you have not downloaded the new Ecotrak mobile app yet, you can do so on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.

Step One:

When you open the Ecotrak app, you will be navigated to the dashboard of the mobile app. On the dashboard you will see the different modules you can select from. To manage your work orders you will select on the Work Order icon and this will take you to your Work Order Module.

Step Two:

After you have selected the Work Order icon on the dashboard, you will be navigated to the work order module. At the top of the work order module, you will see a search bar. This search bar can be used to search for any work order ID number in your account. Within the search bar, you will see on the right side there is a blue filter button. If you select this button within the search bar, it will take you to adjust the Priority level and status of the work orders you wish to view. This feature will help you specifically search for work orders in the status and priority level that you select. To save the filter selections you have made, click on the apply button at the bottom of the screen.

Step Three:

Beneath the search bar, you will see a location tab. If you select this tab, it will give you the ability to specify a location/locations that you would like to specifically view work orders for. When you location services is turned on, you may also toggle the "Near Me" button to filter the locations that are currently near you. Once you have selected the locations you wish to see work orders for, click on the blue "Select" button at the bottom of the page to save this filters.

Step Four:

Beneath the location filter tab, you will see that you have a few quick filter options to select from. Selecting this will quickly adjust the work orders that are listed to the quick filter status that you select.

Step Five:

To select a work order to view, you will see a list view of all work orders based on the filter settings that you have selected on this module(Note, if you did not make any filter adjustments then you will be seeing ALL work orders for the locations that you are assigned to). Once you have found the work order that you are looking for, you can tap on the work order to view the details page of the work order to manage the work order.

Step Six:

On the work order details page, you will see that you can review the details of the work order as you scroll down the work order details page.

Step Seven:

At the top of the work order details page, you will see you can add an attachment by clicking on the attachments tab. Next, If you need to leave a comment on the work order, you can click on the comments tab at the top of the work order details page to add a comment. Lastly, if you click on the activity tab at the top right area of the work order details page, you can view the history on this work order. In addition, in the center of the work order details page you will see you can take action on the work order. You can reassign the work order or cancel the work order and add flags if needed.
