This article will support you in navigating the work order module.
After logging into your Ecotrak account, you will land on the main dashboard page. From here, locate and click on the Work Orders tab found in the left menu bar.
Once you have clicked on the Work Orders tab, you will be transferred to the Work Orders module where you will be able to view all work orders in your account.
In the center of the Work Orders module, you will see a list of work orders displayed in a table format. Beneath the Work Orders table, you will find your current Total Count of work orders and the ability to change the amount of Rows per page displayed.
The Work Orders table allows you to scroll from top to bottom and left to right, giving you the ability to view more details regarding your Work Orders.
At the top of the page, you will see your Search Bar and Search Filters. The basic filter options include:
Status
Category
Date Range
Created Date / Completed Date
Just to the left of the Search button, you will also find the Advanced Filters button.
When looking for a work order, you can either:
Scroll through your list of work orders until you come upon the work order you are looking for
Search the work order by typing the work order ID number in the search bar and clicking the 'Search' button.
Once you locate the work order you wish to interact with, you can click on the Work Order ID to view the Work Order Details.
NOTE: You can also click on the Location ID to bring up the details of the location this work order is for.

How to Bulk Edit Work Orders
The Bulk Edit feature allows you to update the Status, Category, NTE, and Comment.
Step 1) To update a group of Work Orders, you will first need to select the Work Orders you desire to edit by clicking the box for your desired Work Orders.
Note: The box at the top will select and deselect all of the work orders on the page.
Step 2) After you choose the the work orders you want to Bulk Edit, click the Bulk Edit button.
Step 3) Once you click the Bulk Edit button, a pop-up window will appear from the right side of the page.
Step 4) In the pop-up window, you can choose to update the Work Order:
Status
Category
Raise NTE
Add Comment
Step 5) Once you have made your desired changes, click Save to update your Work Orders. The system will process your desired changes. Once done, the page will reload and show either success of failures on the updates.
