How to Filter PM Work Orders on the Work Order Module

  • After logging into your Ecotrak account, you will land on the main dashboard page. From here, locate and click on the Work Orders tab found in the left menu bar.

  • Once you have clicked on the Work Orders tab, you will be transferred to the Work Orders module where you will be able to view all work orders in your account.

  • Click the new filter icon and it should show you the new filter window.

  • Enter the PM ID that you want the module to show you hit the apply button and it will filter out all work orders and will only show you the work orders that belong with that PM ID.

Adding the PM ID Column

  • After logging into your Ecotrak account, you will land on the main dashboard page. From here, locate and click on the Work Orders tab found in the left menu bar.

  • Once you have clicked on the Work Orders tab, you will be transferred to the Work Orders module where you will be able to view all work orders in your account.

  • Click the show column icon and it should show you the list of columns available that can be removed or added.

  • A small window will appear and you will see the PM ID column, click on it and it should add the PM ID column on your work order module.

  • The column will be added upon adding the PM ID Column, you can now check which Work Orders belong to which PM ID.
