Step 1
The first step in interacting with a work order is finding and navigating to the Work Order Details page. If you are unsure of how to do this, please reference the following article: How to Navigate the Work Order Module.
Step 2
Once you have located your target work order and opened up the Work Order Details, you will be presented with a page that looks like the page in the image below.
At the very top of the module, you will see the following tabs:
Details - This tab shows all information related to the selected Work Order
AI Insights - This tab will show you insights such as the predicted failures and estimated costs.
Attachments - This tab shows all attachments related to the selected Work Order
Comments - This tab shows all communication between the customer and service provider related to the selected Work Order
Activity - This tab shows the combined history of all customer and service provider activity taken on the selected Work Order.
Just below these tabs, you will find the following information:

Asset Name
Project
Service Provider
Priority
Category
Problem
Actions button
Add Comment
Asset Photo (if available)
And on the bottom bulk of the page, you will find the following details:
Technician Assigned
Users Assigned
Asset Group
NTE

You will also find the Follow, Edit, and Close buttons at the top right corner, as well as hyperlinks to related Asset Details, Work Order Number, Proposals, Invoices, and the Location Details.
