Two new widgets are now available in the Dashboard Catalog:
Assessments
Last Comments
These widgets can be added to any managed dashboard and assigned by job title.
How to Add the New Widgets
Navigate to Dashboards
Click Managed Dashboards
Select Add Dashboard
Open the Dashboard Catalog
Choose:
Assessments (only visible if the Assessments module is enabled for your company)
Last Comments
Place the widgets anywhere on the dashboard
Assign the dashboard to one or more Job Titles
Name, save, and assign the dashboard
Once saved, the dashboard will appear in the Dashboards dropdown and be immediately actionable.
Assessments Widget
The Assessments widget provides visibility into all assessments that are:
Assigned to your locations
Assigned to your job titles
In Pending or In Progress status
What You Can Do
See all outstanding assessments at a glance
Click Start to begin an assessment
Resume an in-progress assessment directly from the widget
This creates a fast, direct path to completing assessments without navigating through multiple screens.
Last Comments Widget
The Last Comments widget shows the most recent comments added to work orders.
What You Can See
Work Order ID
Comment author
Preview of the latest comment
Date and time the comment was added
Filtering Options
Filter by date range:
Last 5 days
Last 15 days
Last 30 days
Optionally narrow results to a specific location
Take Action
Click Reply to jump directly to the work order
Add your response immediately from the work order page
This widget helps teams stay responsive to communication without searching for active conversations.
