Introducing the New Notifications Feature: Stay Updated Effortlessly

We’re excited to introduce our new Notifications feature, designed to help you stay informed and quickly access what matters most in your account.

🔔 Where to Find It

You’ll now see a notification bell icon at the top right corner of your screen.

Clicking the bell opens your personal notifications center — a hub for all updates that apply to you.

💡 What Notifications You’ll Receive

Your notifications are personalized based on your job title and permissions.

If your role is set up to receive specific alerts — whether by email, push notification, or text message — those same updates will also appear right in your notifications panel.

🚀 Easy Navigation to Related Modules

  1. Each notification isn’t just an alert — it’s an instant shortcut.

  2. Click a work order notification: You’ll be taken directly to that specific work order.

  3. Click a comment notification: You’ll jump straight to the comment section of that module.

  4. This makes it easier than ever to act on updates without having to search through menus or pages.

🧭 Manage and Filter Your Notifications

We’ve also added smart controls to keep your notifications organized:

Filter Unread Notifications: Quickly see what you haven’t read yet by selecting “Only Unread.”

Mark All as Read: Want a clean slate? Simply tap “Mark All as Read” to clear your notification list.
