1. Access the Follow Menu

At the top right of the interface—next to the in-app notifications—you will see a new Follow icon.

  • Select this icon to open a panel displaying all work orders you are currently following.

This serves as a centralized location for quick access to high-priority or frequently viewed work orders.

2. Follow a Work Order

To follow any work order:

  1. Open the Work Order Details page for the work order you want to track.

  2. Select the Following option.

Once selected, the work order will immediately appear in your Follow panel.

This enables you to maintain a personal list of work orders that matter most to your responsibilities.

3. Unfollow a Work Order

You can unfollow a work order in two ways:

  • From the Follow panel:
Click the remove option next to the work order you no longer want to track.

  • From the Work Order Details page:
Select the Unfollow button to remove it from your Follow list.

Both methods update your Follow panel instantly.

4. Navigate to a Followed Work Order

From the Follow panel:

  • Click any work order listed, and the system will take you directly to that work order’s details page.

This shortcut eliminates the need to return to the work order list view, apply filters, and hunt for the same item.

5. Why This Feature Matters

The Follow feature is particularly valuable for:

  • Facility managers overseeing multiple active work orders

  • Operations teams coordinating across workstreams

  • Any user who needs to monitor specific requests without sorting through a long list

By allowing users to jump directly to the work orders they are tracking, the feature improves navigation efficiency and reduces administrative overhead.
