This article will walk you through how to review and manage a Work Order on the Ecotrak website.

Step 1: You may access your work orders by selecting the Work Order module across the top of your screen or from the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Once on the Work Order page, you will be able to view all existing Work Orders.

Step 3: You may Scroll or Search for the work order you'd like to review. Modify your filters at the top if need be. You'll be able to filter by Created Date, Date Range, Category and Status.

Step 4: Once you've identified the Work Order you'd like to review, click on the WO ID to view the Details page. This screen will mostly reflect the information provided when the request was created. Depending on your Permissions, you may have the ability to 1) Unassign the Work Order 2) Cancel the request 3) Reassign to another Service Provider and 4) Add a Comment.

Step 5: The right-hand panel gives you the ability to jump to any Work Orders, Proposals, Invoices, Asset Details and Location information related to this request.

Step 6: The Attachments tab allows you view previously submitted attachments and upload additional files.

Step 7: Comments, formerly known as Notes, is where you can communicate with your team or service providers by adding a comment. You can tag Users to ensure they are notified of your comment. Keep in mind, all Comments are public and can be viewed by anyone with access to the Work Order.

Step 8: The Activity tab, formerly known as History, keeps a record of everything that happens to the work order to promote transparency.
