This article will support you in inviting, assigning and managing your Service Providers.
Inviting Service Providers:
After logging into your Ecotrak account, you will land on the main dashboard page. From here, locate and click on the Service Providers tab found in the left menu bar.
Once you have clicked on the Service Providers tab, you will be presented with a list of all Service Providers that have accepted their invite to Ecotrak.
To Invite a Service Provider to the platform, click on the Invite button.
A screen will pop up on the right hand side where you can enter in the Service Provider's details.
From this point, enter in their Company Information and their Contact's Email and Phone Number.
Note: The Contact Email and Phone Number you enter in will go to that user. You will also have the ability to add another contact if need be. Adding another contact will not create multiple accounts for your company.
Once all required fields have been filled out, click on Invite and you're good to go.
Assigning Service Providers:
Going back to the Service Providers module, you'll want to click on the Trade Assignment tab at the top.
Once you click on the Trade Assignment tab, you will be able to view your Trade Assignments By Trade or By Location.
Depending on how you want to assign your Service Provider, click on or search for the Trade Type you'd like to assign your Service Provider for.
Once you pinpoint the trade and the location, click on the edit icon on the right hand side to adjust your Service Provider Rank Assignment.
A screen on the right will pop up and you will be able to add, remove or mark that Service Provider with the Admin Only feature.
Note: Those that hold an admin role within Ecotrak will be the only one with visibility to a Service Provider that's been marked Admin Only.
Once you have completed your trade assignment, click on Assign at the bottom right and your changes will be saved.
Managing Service Providers:
Service Providers tab:
To Edit an Existing Service Provider click on the Service Provider in question.
From here you'll be able view their Details, Rates & Terms, Trade & Regions, Docs & Attachments, Comments made (Formerly known as Notes), and Activity (Formerly known as History).
Click on the Edit icon to make the necessary changes.
Invited Service Providers tab:
This tab will show you Service Providers that have been invited to use the platform but still have not accepted their invite.
To resend an invite, you can either check off the first box to select all or you can pinpoint that specific Service Provider, check the box off, and click on the Reinvite button on the upper lefthand corner.
Required Docs tab:
Here is where you can store all documents you require for your Service Provider to upload when invited to the system.
