Step 1
After logging in to Ecotrak, navigate to the Invoice module by clicking on the Invoices tab found in the "Menu Bar" on the left side of the webpage or by clicking the Invoices button found on the dashboard page.
Step 2
Once in the Invoices module, you will see a list of all Invoices along with the work order and location-related details for each Invoice.
Step 3
At the top of the Invoice window, you will see various drop-down search filters to help you find the proposal(s) you are looking for. They are:
Status
Category
Date Range
Created Date / Approved Date
Org Structure
You will also see the Locations Assigned and Assigned To Me toggle switches, as well as the Search bar, Search button, Download button, View Columns button, the Filter button, and the Clear Filter button.
The Download button will provide you with a downloaded list of invoices.
The Filter button allows you to create and save a customized filter. For more information on how to create a custom filter, click here.
The View Columns button allows you to select which columns you want to include in the module.

At the bottom of the Invoice window, you will see the ability to change the number of rows shown per page.
Step 5
To open up an Invoice, click on the Invoice ID. Doing so will open up the Invoice Details.
Step 6
Once you click the Invoice ID, you will see the Invoice Details. In this screen, you will find all the information related to the Invoice. At the top, you will find the information related to the: Status, Location, Service Provider Invoice ID, Asset, Service Provider, Category, action buttons, and the Add Comment button.

Beneath the initial Invoice Details, you will find even more details, such as users assigned to, asset group, trade, and much more.
Step 8
On the top right side of the Invoice Details page, you will see the following links: Asset, Work Order, Invoice, and Location. You will also see the Edit button, the Print button, and the Close button.
Step 9
At the top of the page, you will see the following five tabs: Details, AI Insights, Attachments, Comments, and Activity.
The Details tab will show you the Invoice Details.
The AI Insights tab will show you insights such as the predicted failures and estimated costs.
The Attachments tab will show you all attachments and allow to you to upload a new attachment.
The Comments will show you all the messages between customers and service providers on this invoice.
The Activity tab will show you a history of all activity taken on this invoice.
