Navigating the Asset Module in Techtrak Mobile

This article will walk you through how to use the Asset module in the Techtrak Mobile Application.

Step 1: The first step will be to log into your account. Once logged in, you will land on this home screen. From the home screen, you will want to tap the "More" button located in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Step 2: Once on the "More" screen, you will navigate to the assets page by tapping on the "Assets" button.

Step 3: Once you are in the Asset Module, you can use the Search function and/or Customer dropdown to find the asset you are looking for. Alternatively, you can scroll through the list of assets until you locate the one.

**Note: If you use the Customer dropdown, the Location dropdown will be available.

Step 4: Once you have found the Asset you are looking for, you will want to tap on it for more details. On the Asset details page, you will be able to scroll through the asset details, as well as navigate to this Service History, Attachments, and Notes sections. Additionally, you will be able to create a Stand Alone Proposal for this asset.

Step 5: Under Attachments, you can see all photos associated with this asset. You can also add any new photos to store for future use as well, such as the Data Plate.

Step 6: Under Notes, you can communicate with your customers and other users from your company. You can review past notes and reply directly in these notes.
