This article will help you find a Work Order and navigate the Work Order map view in the Techtrak Mobile application.

How to Navigate the Map View

Step 2: In the Map view, you are able to see your current location, as well as the store locations for your current open work orders. In areas where you have multiple open work orders, you will see badge with a numerical value equating to the amount of work orders open in that area.

Step 3: You can move around the map by using one finger to swipe up, down, left, and right. You can zoom in on the map by using two fingers to "spread" the screen, and you can zoom out on the map by using two fingers to "pinch" the screen.

Step 4: The main map screen also houses helpful search tools, such as the "Select Customer" drop down menu, the "Search this area" button, the "Find My Location" button, and the Work Order List View

By clicking the "Select Customer" drop down menu, you will be presented with a list of all your available customers. By choosing a customer, the results on the map will be filtered to only the selected customer.
