Creating a Service Request Ecotrak Techs Mobile App

1. When you open Ecotrak Techs App, you will be brought to the dashboard. On the bottom right hand corner, click the option for More

2. After selecting More, select the Asset Module as seen below. This will open up a list view of all equipment across all locations assigned to you.

3. You can search Search using the search box, by using the Customer/Location filters or scroll to find the asset you’d like to create a service request against. To ensure you’re choosing the right asset, pay special attention to the Asset Name and Location that asset is assigned to.

5. Once you have located the asset, tap on your selection.

5. Once you tap on the Asset, you will be presented with the details and options for your selected option. Click the Create Service Request button.

6. From the first Service Request screen select the Problem from the dropdown that most closely reflects the issue you’re experiencing then hit the Next button

7. On the next screen, you will be able to update the Service Provider, Priority level and Description. You will also be able to add attachments such as photos. You’ll have the option to take a picture with your device, choose a photo already taken from your gallery or you can upload a file attachment. Please fill out all required fields as indicated by the asterisk. Once complete, click the Review button at the bottom of the screen.

8. After hitting the Review button, you will see review of the Service Request you are creating. Please look through the information and confirm everything is accurate before taking the final step of clicking the Place Service Request button

9. Once you place the Service Request, you will be presented with a confirmation of the Work Order created with the Work order number.
