Your Techtrak password will need to meet the following criteria:
Eight characters minimum
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One special character
One number
If you need to reset your password to match this new criteria, you may follow the steps below to rest it from your profile.
Login to your master Ecotrak profile.
Navigate to Admin and click Profile
Select Edit and the Password field will become visible
Input a new password that meets the following criteria. (Eight characters minimum, One uppercase letter, One lowercase letter, One special character, One number)
Scroll down and click Update to save. Your password is now reset.
