1. To reset your password, first navigate to the Ecotrak Techs app login screen.
2. On the login screen, enter the email address associated with your Ecotrak Techs account, then select Next.
3. Type in the email address you need to reset the password for. Once entered, click the Forgot Password button.
4. The app will then direct you to the website, where you will need to enter your email address again and select the Reset Password button to receive a password reset link via email.
5. After clicking the Reset Password button, a password reset link will be sent to your email address, prompting you to set a new password. You will need to enter your new password and then re-enter the password in the bottom field for confirmation. Ensure that your new password meets the requirements listed beneath the reset password button. Once both fields are completed successfully, click the "Reset Password" button to confirm the password reset.
6. Once you select the Reset Password option, a confirmation message will appear indicating that your password has been successfully updated. You can then open the app and log in using your email address and the new password.
