Key Benefits:
Implementing OTP authentication helps improve account security and streamlines the login process for users. Here are the main advantages:
Enhanced Security – Adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a temporary code sent to your email.
No Passwords Required – Eliminates the need to remember or manage passwords.
Fast and Convenient – Quick email-based login reduces time spent accessing the platform.
User-Friendly – Simple steps that require no additional apps or setup for end users.
How It Works:
Enable One-Time Passcode (OTP) Login
To activate OTP authentication, submit a request through your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Please include:
Company ID
Company Name
Primary Account Administrator
Your CSM will confirm once OTP has been enabled for your organization.
Enforce OTP (If Required)
If you wish to enforce OTP login across your organization or for specific service providers, submit a request through your CSM with:
Company Name and ID
List of applicable service providers (if enforcement is for vendors only)
Note: Enforcing OTP ensures that all users or selected providers must authenticate using a one-time passcode during login.
Logging In with OTP
Step 1: Enter your email address on the login screen.
Step 2: An 8-digit one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email.
Step 3: Retrieve the code from your inbox and enter it on the login screen.
Step 4: The system will validate the passcode and grant access.
Step 5: The passcode expires after 60 seconds. If it expires, request a new one.
