Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

Submit a request through your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to activate the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Include necessary company details such as company ID, name, and primary account administrator.

Enforce MFA (If Required):

Submit a request through your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enforce the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Indicate if MFA should be enforced for all service providers associated with the company. Include a list of applicable service providers, if available.

Login with MFA:

  • Step One: Enter username and password to access the system

  • Step 2: A one-time authentication code will be sent to the registered email address.

  • Step 3: Retrieve the code from the email and enter the six-digit code into the designated field in the system.

  • Step 4: The system will validate the code and grant access upon successful entry.

Notes:

  • Ensure users' email addresses are updated and accessible before enabling MFA.

  • Inform all stakeholders about the new authentication process to minimize disruptions.

  • Monitor and address any login issues promptly by contacting Ecotrak support.
