This article will help guide you through how to reset your Ecotrak account password.

​Step One:

To reset your password, you first need to navigate to the Ecotrak login screen. Below is the URL link to navigate to the login screen: https://radstuff.ecotrak.com

Step Two:

On the Ecotrak login screen click the "forgot password" button

Step Two:

Type in the email address you need to reset the password for. Once you have typed in the email, click on the "Get Access Code" button. After clicking this button, you will then receive an email with a one time access code. You will use this access code to reset the password in the final step of resetting your password.

Step Three:

After clicking the "Get Access Code" button, navigate to your email to open the email you received that contains the access code. Copy the access code from the email you received and navigate back to the site to complete the reset password process. Once you have the access code, click on the "Verify the Access Code and set a New Password" button.

Step Four:

Type in the access code in the top tab that says Access Code* and then in the below tab you can type in your new password, and then re enter the new password in the bottom tab. You will need to make sure that your new password meets the requirements that are listed beneath the reset password button. Once you have successfully entered your new password, click the reset password button to confirm the password reset.
