This update removes guesswork and workarounds when you need the right contact for work orders, approvals, or general troubleshooting.

Why This Matters

Previously, there was no simple way to confirm which users were assigned to a location directly from the location itself. Teams often had to rely on indirect methods or cross-reference user data.

With this update, you can now:

  • Instantly see active users assigned to a location

  • Quickly identify the correct contact for operational tasks

  • Access user details without leaving the locations workflow

Where You Can View Assigned Users

You can now view assigned users in two places.

Option 1: Quick View from the Locations List

In the Locations List, a new column has been added:

  • Users Assigned column with a View chip

  • Clicking View opens a pop-up displaying:

    • User name

    • Job title

    • Email address

  • Users are sorted alphabetically by name

  • Only active, assigned users are shown

This is the fastest way to find the right person tied to a location.

Option 2: Full View from Location Details

On the Location Details page, you’ll now see a new tab:

  • Users Assigned tab

  • Displays a full table of all active assigned users

  • Includes a clickable User ID

Clicking the User ID takes you directly to that user’s profile, making it easy to view additional details or take follow-up actions.

Summary

  • View active assigned users directly from the Locations List

  • Access a complete user list from the Location Details → Users Assigned tab

  • Quickly identify the right contact for work orders and approvals

  • Eliminate manual workarounds and unnecessary navigation

This enhancement streamlines location-based workflows and improves visibility across your team.
