You can contact Ecotrak Support through three different channels:

If you would like to contact Ecotrak support via email, you can email your support request to [email protected].
Messenger
Web App Chat Support:
- If you are using the web app, you will see a little chat bubble at the bottom left side of the page. 
- Click on the chat bubble and choose the "Ask a Question" option. This will start a new conversation with the Ecotrak Support team and send in a support request. 
Mobile App Chat:
- If you are on the mobile app, you will see a little support icon at the top left corner. Click this to open the chat window 
- Once the chat support button is clicked, you will want to click the "Start a Conversation" button to start a new conversation with the Ecotrak Support team and send in a support request.
