The Dashboard is your command center where you can navigate to your action items and see the status of Work Orders, Proposals, and Invoices that need your attention to help save you time. You will also be able to take action right from this screen!
Customers also have the ability to manage and customize their dashboard view. Please see the article linked below for more instruction on how to build that or speak with your Customer Success Manager.
Step 1: To access your core modules, you can click on the respective tabs found across the top of your screen or from the left hand side menu.
Keep in mind, if you select the 2 arrows on the left-hand side to open the menu, it will gray out your dashboard screen indicating you have to select something. If you need to act upon anything within the dashboard, leave the menu closed.
Step 2: To take action on your Invoices, Proposals, and Work Orders, you can click on the Id numbers to go directly to the details of that Invoice, Proposal or Work Order.
If you'd like to see a full list of items in each status, click on the tile header and a panel on the right hand side will open.
Once the panel on right right opens, you have visibility to the items that require your immediate attention/action. To view a full detailed list, select "Open Work Orders" and the system will re-direct you to the Work Order module with the filter already in place.
