This article will walk you through how to Create a Standalone Proposal in Ecotrak.
How to Create a Stand Alone Proposal
1. After logging in to your account, you will want to navigate to the Customer module.
2. Once on the Customer module, find the customer you wish to create a stand alone proposal for and click on their Customer ID number.
3. From here, you will click on the Asset tab at the top
4. Once you are in the list of assets, you will find the asset you want to create a proposal for and click on the Asset ID.
Note: You may also filter the assets per location.
5. After clicking on the Asset ID, you will be taken to the Asset Details page. From here, you can click on the Create Proposal button.
6. Upon clicking the Create Proposal button, the Create Proposal pop up window will slide out from the right hand side. Fill out all areas that have an asterisk (*), and the Cost Breakdown, and then click Save on the bottom right corner to submit the Proposal.
