This article will walk you through how to Create a Standalone Proposal in Ecotrak.

How to Create a Stand Alone Proposal

Step 1: After logging in to your account, you will want to navigate to the Customer module.

Step 2: Once on the Customer module, find the customer you wish to create a stand alone proposal for and click on their Customer ID number.

Step 3: From here, you will click on the Asset tab at the top

Step 4: Once you are in the list of assets, you will find the asset you want to create a proposal for and click on the Asset ID.

Note: You may also filter the assets per location.

Step 5: After clicking on the Asset ID, you will be taken to the Asset Details page. From here, you can click on the Create Proposal button.

Step 6: Upon clicking the Create Proposal button, the Create Proposal pop up window will slide out from the right hand side. Fill out all areas that have an asterisk (*), and the Cost Breakdown, and then click Save on the bottom right corner to submit the Proposal.
