The following article provides a step by step walkthrough on how to create an invoice in the Techtrak mobile app

Step 1: On the map view, select the location the work order is located at that you are looking to submit the invoice for. Once you have selected the location on the map view, you will see the list of work orders at that location appear on your screen. See screenshot below for guidance.

Step 2: Select the work order that you are looking to create the invoice for. See screenshot below for guidance.

Step 3: Select the "Change Status" button on the work order details page to change the work order to "Arrived". See attached screenshots below for guidance.

Step 4: After you change the work order status to "Arrived" you will then click on the update status button one more time, which will allow you to update the status of the work order to "Completed". See attached screenshot below for guidance.

**Note if you are are still waiting on a proposal to be approved, do not complete the work order until the proposal has been approved and the NTE has been raised. Once you are ready to invoice, click on the completed button.

Step 5: Once you have updated the work order status to "Completed", you will then see a "Create Invoice" button appear on the work order details page. Select the "create invoice" button to begin creating the invoice for the work order. See attached screenshot below for guidance.

Step 6: After clicking on the create invoice button, you will now be taking time to fill out the invoice info and create the invoice you need to submit on the work order. Once you have filled out the invoice, click on the "Submit Invoice" button at the bottom to submit the invoice to your customer. See attached screenshot below for guidance.
