Navigating New Techtrak Dashboard

Overview:
This support article will help guide you through how to navigate the dashboard on the Techtrak mobile app.

*If you have not downloaded the Techtrak mobile app yet, you can do so on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.

Step One:

As you login to the Techtrak mobile app, you will be navigated to the dashboard which will help you navigate seamlessly across the the different modules on the app. At first you will notice at the top of the dashboard you will see a tab that says All Customers. This tab will all you to select which customers info you would like to view when you begin looking through the Work Order, Proposal, Invoice, and Asset modules. If you select on this tab you will see a list of your customer appear that you can select from. Once you select the customer, you will click to the blue "change customer" button to save the change. Once you have the customer selected that you wish to view info for, all the results will change to only show that customer.

Step Two:

At the center of the dashboard, you will see that work orders, proposals, invoices, and assets have their own icons that you can select. When selecting one of these icons, it will navigate you to view a list view of either the Work Orders, Proposals, Invoices, or Assets based on the icon you select.

Step Three:

Next to the Work Order icon button on the dashboard, there is a Work Order Map View icon that you can select. When selecting this, it will allow you to view your work orders in a map view. This gives you an alternate way to view the work orders in your account through a map view that will show you all the locations that you have work orders at.

Step Four:

At the tope left corner of the dashboard you will notice a chat icon. If you click on this chat icon, it will allow you to chat directly to our Ecotrak support team.
