With this enhancement, users will now be required to:

  • Provide a mandatory comment when selecting "Not Fixed" for a work order in Completed (Soft Complete) status.

  • Submit clear reasoning for why the issue remains unresolved.

How It Works

1. Log in to your Ecotrak account, go to the main dashboard, navigate to the Work Orders module, and open the desired work order. Additionally, you also have the option to search for your desired work order in the search bar.

2. Once you have opened the desired work order, you will see the "Not Fixed" button. Upon selecting "Not Fixed," the system will prompt you to enter a mandatory comment explaining the reason.

  • The comment must be submitted before the work order status can be updated.

  • The feedback captured will be available for review to help improve future service resolutions.

This enhancement ensures that all necessary details are collected, enabling more effective issue resolution and tracking.
