  • Once you are on edit mode, toggle the Display Job Title in Direct Comments button and hit the Save button to apply the changes. A confirmation message will show up at the lower-right corner of the page.

Notify Users when Adding Direct Comments:

  • After logging into your Ecotrak account, you will land on the Work Orders page. If not, click on the Work Orders module found in the left menu bar. Select a work order by clicking on the WO ID.

  • You can also add your comments in the Proposal and Invoice modules.

  • On the work order page, you can click on the Add Comment button or go directly to the Comments tab.

  • After clicking on either the Add Comment or if you went straight to Comments tab, you will be able add you comment/message in the box. Right above the comments box, click on the Notified drop-down to choose the user you want to get notified. And once you are done choosing the user/s, you can click on the Send button to add the comment and notify the chosen users.

  • It is important to note that the notification will depend on the user's role and access permission as well as his/her location assignment. You may view the follow articles for reference.
